Our Team

The Lev Karov team is headed by:

• Karen Levine, MSW, is a licensed social worker with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Chicago. Karen has worked with a wide variety of clients in hospital settings and with family and social services.

• Adina Raff, OTR, is a licensed Occupational Therapist with a Bachelors degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Adina has practiced as an Occupational Therapist within the Clalit Healthcare organization and has worked with a variety of populations ranging from young children to the elderly.

• Moshe Weber, MD, received his medical training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.  He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  He has acted as consulting Physiatrist in a number of Skilled Nursing Facilities in New York.
